Privacy policy

Skyneth respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, why, with whom we share it and what your rights are, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25).

2. Information collected

We collect only the information you send us through the contact form:

• your name and, if you provide it, your company name;
• your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number;
• the project type, the estimated budget if you indicate it, and the content of your message.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, nor any analytics tool that identifies you. The fonts are hosted on our own servers.

3. Why we use it

Only to respond to your request and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We never sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

4. Providers that process your information

To run this site, we rely on recognised providers:

• Cloudflare: site hosting, bot protection (Turnstile) and form processing;
• Resend: delivering the email containing your message to our inbox;
• Google Workspace: our email, where your message is stored.

These providers may process your information outside Quebec, notably in the United States. We chose them for their security measures and their contractual privacy commitments.

5. Retention

If you do not become a client, we keep your information for at most 24 months after our last exchange, then delete it. For clients, it is kept for the duration of the business relationship and for the periods required by law.

6. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (encrypted connection). Access to our accounts is protected by two-factor authentication, and only the person designated above has access to your messages.

7. Your rights

At any time, you may:

• request access to the information we hold about you;
• request its correction or deletion;
• withdraw your consent to its use.

Write to us at admin@skyneth.ca. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

8. Privacy incident

In the unlikely event of an incident posing a risk of serious harm, we will notify you, as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
